These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Secrets of AI Videos (the "Service"), available at freevideos.mentorclubonline.com and operated by MentorClub ("we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Secrets of AI Videos is a digital subscription that gives access to written methods, prompt and script packs, tool trackers, and related online resources for making AI-assisted videos. It is an information and template product delivered entirely online. We are independent and not affiliated with any third-party tool we reference, and we do not sell or ship any physical goods.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. One account is for one person; sharing paid access is not permitted.
3. Plans, pricing and access
We offer a free tier, a monthly plan (₹99/month), and a one-time lifetime plan (₹599). Paid access unlocks automatically once payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before you pay. Third-party tool prices and free tiers referenced in our content change often; every figure we publish is a dated snapshot and you should confirm it on the tool's own site before paying anyone.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. By paying, you also agree to the payment processor's terms. For recurring monthly plans you authorise an automatic charge each billing cycle until you cancel.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our paid content, prompts, or templates; not to scrape or attack the Service; and not to use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms without refund where the breach is material.
7. Intellectual property
All content we provide remains our property or our licensors'. Paid members receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the methods, prompts, and templates for their own video work, including commercial videos they create. The licence does not let you resell or redistribute the materials themselves.
8. No guarantee of results
Our content is educational. We do not guarantee any specific views, income, follower, or business outcome from using it. Third-party tools we mention are run by others and may change their features, pricing, free tiers, watermark rules, or availability at any time. Always disclose AI-assisted video where the platform requires it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts, pricing, or downtime of third-party tools.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new review date. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
