Refund & Cancellation Policy

Secrets of AI Videos is a digital subscription delivered online. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Monthly plan (₹99/month)
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it does not renew. We do not refund the current billing period once it has started, because access is granted immediately.
Lifetime plan (₹599, one-time)
The lifetime plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount and remove access. After 30 days the lifetime purchase is non-refundable.
The free tier
The free tier is always ₹0 and requires no payment, so no refund applies. You can use the free path indefinitely without buying.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay). Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or UPI provider.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged for a payment that failed to unlock access, email us with the payment details and we will verify and refund the extra charge.
How to request
Email support@mentorclubonline.com from the address on your account, with your registered email and (if you have it) the payment or order ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
