This policy explains what MentorClub ("we") collects when you use Secrets of AI Videos at freevideos.mentorclubonline.com, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. What we collect
When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication details. When you pay we receive a payment confirmation and limited transaction details from our payment processor (such as a payment or subscription ID and status). We may collect basic usage and device information to operate and secure the site. We do not collect or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled by the payment processor.
2. Why we use it
We use your data to create and secure your account, unlock and maintain your paid access, process payments and renewals, provide support, and send essential service messages. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who processes it for us
We rely on a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (account database and authentication), Razorpay (payments), and our hosting provider (Vercel). Each only receives what it needs to perform its function, and is bound by its own terms and security obligations.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to secure your session. We do not use these for advertising. Blocking them may stop the Service from working.
5. Data retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting rules in India) or to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove personal data we are not legally required to retain.
6. Your choices
You can access or correct your account details by contacting us, ask for deletion, and unsubscribe from non-essential messages. To exercise any of these, email support@mentorclubonline.com.
7. Security
Access to gated data is protected at the database level and by authentication. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under the age at which they can lawfully consent to an online service in their country, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
